My honey was looking at it so I got it as a Christmas present for him. If I was buying just for me I would have bought a way cheaper one. No regrets though, it has been a great purchase.

3camica3, I hope I didn't sound critical! I was admiring the machine. Since I changed to keto WOE, I don't have my fave lattes 😕 but use HWC in my coffee 😍 instead.

No, 3camica3, I don't usually use sweetener when I use HWC or in my lattes. I do have sweetener tablets I use when I add chocolate - I'm type 2 diabetic, so I avoid sugar.

Ah okay, I use the Torani sugar free syrups. Probably would be healthier without my SF syrup but I like it.

I make my own too! It's nice to have a yummy coffee without worrying about all the extra stuff Starbucks adds in. :)

So delicious. I use stevia in my coffee and if I'm feeling a latte, it's whole milk. My daily drink is a double espresso w/heavy cream. Has nothing to do with Keto, it's what I like. I measure to stay honest though. 1 tsp. I put peppercorns or chili flakes or cinnamon in the beans before grinding to mix things up. Vanilla extract is great, too. Starbucks is okay so forget thinking they're fancy. If you're foaming your milk correctly, it's about 1/4 cup max, so not a lot of damage. Want to use less milk. get a taller more narrow foaming container or just foam before you make the coffee using your same cup.

Katsolo I have tried cinnamon but never the peppercorns or chili flakes. I need to try those.

if you have a small grinder, cardamom seeds or star anise are also very different and tasty. you can also make your own pumpkin spice blend with cinnamon, nutmeg (ground) ginger and a pinch of cloves. go wild, no calories in spices!!!
