Just coming off sugar couple of wks ago. no added sugar to anything. only sugar comes from fruit & always with some form of fat or protein; Apple & cheddar cheese. to kick start plant based protein shake with extra fiber (psyllium) breakfast & lunch. dinner, protein, veggies with organic butter. didn't weigh before starting about a month ago. used the "jeans" test. into one pair of my fav's & almost into the other pair. in the groove now...
