Gained one pound. Must be the keto cookies (the brand is "Smart Kookies") I bought online. I discovered them at the Great Canadian Keto Conference a few weeks ago. There are at https://smartkookies.com. There are small, but taste very good. If you google them, you need to make sure Google does not force "smart cookies" on you.
Not a nice way today weather-wise, but I took a few days off work and I am very happy! I have nothing planned, I will probably just drive around with my friend and discover new areas and regions we do not quite know!
