So sorry, I hate plateaus I've been on one the last 2 weeks only lost 1.5 pounds, gained a pound and lost it. I'm hoping for the 160's soon as well, keep it up "We can do it"! :-)

I for one am bigger so console yourself!! C'mon! You're doing great and how nice for your that BF is supportive and sweet! Don't stress 'cause that produces cortisol which makes it harder for you to lose weight!! You will plateau and then start losing again - maybe mix it up for the next few days excercise and foodwise!

I know you'll get there. It sounds like you have found yourself a great and supportive guy! Keep focused on the health more than the loss and you'll lose soon enough.
