Headed the other direction ;( I haven't been trying so my fault. Hubby has been on vacation for two weeks and I have allowed my self to overindulge. Beginning Monday I will get my head straight and start reversing my weight gain. Going to change my eating to Keto, have been reading so much on it that I decided to give it 30 days. Not only do I want to lose weight but I also like the fact that it is touted as being anti-inflammatory. Everything I have read is that if followed correctly you feel much better and have more energy without going hungry. What can 30 days hurt? So if anyone reading this has any advice or site to share I would be most appreciative :)
