Well, as you can see, I fell off the wagon in July and just crawled back on, lol. I know better, it is just that food is my drug of choice and sometimes my tastebuds get the better of me. I am really going to try to stick with my LCHF diet this time. I know I feel better when I am on it. When I eat carbs, my joints ache, I feel terrible and sluggish. I went to the gym the first time since January, been paying all this time, isn't that dumb!! Anyway, we are going to try to get there 3 times a week. Unfortunately my husband is as bad as I am so he is no support-he is on the program too, COPD, gained weight and has trouble breathing, also low level diabetic. I am going to do my best.
