What do you guys do to get back on track after falling of the wagon during a weekend, weekends are my biggest downfall!

I try to make sure that I never miss gym on a Monday or Friday and that my meals are prepped by the end of a Sunday for the new week. Drink loads of water and just get back to it. I've mentioned this before somewhere but I love habit tracking in my journal - when it's on paper and I can look back on my months habits I can hold myself truly accountable
