3 meals today! Plus a float! You can imagine the joy I have in this moment as I realized that yes I did log my nightly candy bar already lol. Was so afraid I was out of calories but nope! I’d forgotten I logged it first thing this morning to be sure I had a light breakfast and lunch. Yay me. I could even have a shake or something too but I don’t need both. Kinda feel glutinous :/. Not really but maybe a tiny bit. Gotta love maintenance and trying to eat just above burn to gain muscle!
