The peorogies, ham and cottage cheese perfection!!! I would just leave the other items out.

@ Sunshinetrugillo & mslaurajune . My meal consisted of poached egg whites and Boars Head Black Forest ham , sweet potatoes , Mmm cottage cheese , & chicken breast . @ Keyten77 some of my co workers might , but most look at me like I’m from another planet @ what I eat 😂. I love seeing your amazing meals that you prepare daily . I wished I had more time in the day to prepare a variety of different meals. I just try and stay focused by prepping so I don’t deviate . It’s getting easier as the months go by . 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
