Having one of those days when it's hard to get motivated. I really only started giving this exercise and diet thing a go about 3 weeks ago. i weigh in sunday morning and allow my self a cheat on sunday day. So for the last 3 weeks I have lost 4 pounds a week.... but I can feel a plataue coming on. I don't know really if I am just retaining water, I feel a little bloated, but I have increased my cardio time and number of days. I really was trying to hit it hard today, but I fear the scale tomorrow will show little to no weight loss.
I guess my fear is, if i do plataue, do I know enough to get myself going again. Can I overcome the plataue and get back to loosing weight, even if it is at a slower pace? Still, I pushed myself today, but will it be enough.....
