Looks good to me. I never heard of arepa before so I had to visit my old friend Google for info. I will be trying this out with some eggs tomorrow and thought I would go ahead and thank you for the great idea :)

I'd never heard of arepa, either. From Wikipedia: "Arepa is a type of food made of ground maize dough, originating from the northern region of South America in pre-Columbian times, and is notable in the cuisines of Colombia and Venezuela."
