Review of yesterday. OK, blew my calorie limit BUT did a lot of activities including SLIDEBOARD. My new 'thing.' So, deficit was there (-1,224) and I'm ok with that, especially when I see I hit my fiber and sodium targets. Shocked. I really thought my sodium would be higher. Guess that's why I really need to add it up since my gut was wrong until I learn.
