Feast yesterday. Normal day ahead today.
Made a plan for the next gathering. Will prep a carnivore picnic pack, and take them to my favourite waterfall. Basically provide a taste of prehistoric times.

srossca Very true. Three of these five have carb damaged bodies. One of them is an undiagnosed diabetic. Get a bit tired of telling about the mechanics of their diseases, and rather give them a new idea of how life can be.

jenjabba I think it can be. Us two have had many picnics like this and love it. Got busy with cooking and chatting yesterday, and forgot to take photos. With prepped picnic, I should get around to take a photo.
