Dream came through today. A far away friend came to visit, and we gathered at first as a group of five at the ice cream restaurant. None where keen on sweet, and we ordered just one naked scoop each. Chat there a long time and hunger called.
Then I invite them home to me, and I cook up a carnivore feast for them. They ate well, and I felt so pleased to be able to serve. Brought bright light to my previously dark view on what I saw as sugar loaded socializing.
This was a heck of a lot of fun, and now this far away friend invited us to bbq at his place. There is a life after carbs. Super happy.
