Went by a temple on my bike ride today, and snapped a photo. Wanted to check if that beer yesterday gave me any superpower, but nhaa. Like without carbs, I get a bit light headed after 3 hours of non-stop cycling in 90f in the shade weather. Keep forgetting to bring glucose, to see what that can do at the 3 hour mark. All I bring is water. Will get on that glucose thing one day.

I'd be more interested in if/when Diddlee remembers the glucose to see if it helps after 3 hours of biking. Do you even do endurance training?

Nobody is trying to convince you, Diablo, to change to a ketogenic diet. Professional and Olympic - level elite athletes are probably not doing keto. But those people aren't likely to be on FatSecret either.

So what is so wrong about Diddlee trying a tried and true method? He already runs on ketones and he wants to see if glucose will help? He is gassed 3 hours in on ketones. What is there to argue?
