I began the whole-foods, plant-based diet (AKA vegan) on July 1--and since then have lost almost 8 pounds. I cut out all dairy and animal products as well as most oils and processed foods. We began cooking our new means in the Instant Pot; GET THIS PRODUCT! Again: no animal products, dairy, or oils (yes, even EVOO should go!) and things are changing. I feel better, my mood has improved, my stamina (I am running longer distance than I have in the near past) and I feel better!
