The only way to move forward is to look back on what i have done and learn from it.
Looking back i see that i was most successful with weight loss when i was eating drastically low carb. I CAN still lose weight eating at about 150g of carbs per day, but it is painfully slow. I know that eating carbs i can maintain easily. I know that i am much less tempted to eat sweets and mindlessly snack when i am eating low carb. I feel more satisfied when eating low carb.
Therefore, i am going back to drastically low carb, or South Beach.
I thought about waiting for MOnday to start so i would have time to finish off all of the fruit i have but a wise friend once told me (a friend that lost over 100 lbs and kept it off for almost 5 years now), why wait for tomorrow when you can do it today? WHy wait for tomorrow to make a healthy decision? So i'm not waiting for tomorrow, i started this morning. I had ham and cheese with my eggs instead of toast. I brought black beans and celery to snack on rather than fruit.
I could sit here and dwell on the fact that i wasted an entire MONTH, or I could look at it and say 'leason learned'. I now KNOW what i need to do to keep the weight coming off and i know exactly what will slow me down. And i'm glad. :D
I am FINALLY out of my funk, and back to happy go lucky me.

I like the saying, "The food can go to waste either in your body or in the trash". Not saying I think fruits are trash, but you get what I mean...lol Good luck!

LOL I hate wasting food, so this is really hard for me, and i've got some REALLY delicious apples... did i mention i hate wasting food? Which is probably what got me here in the first place...

@TheChunkyOne: I hate wasting food too. I've got a "clean-the-plate" habit and I can't take having some uneaten portion there, even if it's something I don't like!

Good luck don't go to low on carbs though I was told to keep them at 100 a day and you will still lose weight just fine
