OMAD last night. Very emotional day for me. Most of the day my stomach hurt because I was too upset. Wanted to go and grab fast food and drown my sorrows in grease and ice cream by the end of the day....instead I decided to make a homemade version of the Wendy’s chicken go wrap and cooked my own fries. I dug out my reserve low cow salted caramel ice cream from the back of my freezer, and added some filling low cal snacks to boot. I got super stuffed, but weighed and calculated everything. Avoided a binge😅
