Did well with my eating this weekend, especially since I still only have internet access at work. Really need to find the time to get my laptop fixed! Oh well, at least I'm learning to watch my intake at home! :) I had a slight loss (-.2) over the weekend, but don't feel like showing it on the weight history. Hoping for something better to show! :)
I didn't go to the gym this morning because I am going to a fitness class this evening--"Abs" is, according to the class description, "an intense 30 min abdominal workout! Need we say more?" lol Guess I'll be reintroducing myself to some muscles this evening! Looking forward to it!
