Mom passed away July 15th,2019 I have been eating crazy these last few weeks. I am back to assess the damage and begin taking care of myself again.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Paula. I know this loss too well. It gets ... different, less acute. For me, it was 51 years last Wednesday. There'll be questions you'll wish she could answer, experiences you'll wish you could share. Then you'll hear *her* voice in something *you* say. Or a friend will respond to your gesture with, "That's just what *your Mom* used to do!" And you'll realize that she is as close as ever. Be gentle with yourself.

My sincere condolences for your Loss, Paula. It is hard to lose a parent and the aftermath can be overwhelming. We are all here for you. Vent when you need to vent. (((((hugs)))))

The passing of a loved one is so hard on those who are left behind. Take time to grieve and then work at living every minute of your your life to the fullest.
