I skipped my weigh-in this week because I was feeling bloated and gross (TOM). Will work hard again this week and weigh myself on Saturday.
Water weight gains, even when I know that they are water weight gains, tend to discourage me, so I've learned to just skip my weigh-ins when feeling bloated.
