I skipped my weigh-in this week because I was feeling bloated and gross (TOM). Will work hard again this week and weigh myself on Saturday.

Water weight gains, even when I know that they are water weight gains, tend to discourage me, so I've learned to just skip my weigh-ins when feeling bloated.

Looking forward to working hard this week and getting those results that come with hard work! :-)

Have you noticed any patterns to your water weight gains? I seem to notice it most when I eat salty foods. Hope you feel better soon too!

Just salty foods and PMS. Those are the two big bloat triggers for me!

Believe it or not, eating alot of sugar can cause water retention. Doesnt that suck. I just want to believe that everything causes water retention. It tends to discourage me too. BUt i know you will work hard. You can do it.
