Well, at least I'm not up. I'm not sure why I'm struggling to lose any weight and keep it off. I really really am eating very healthily, and I'm active (at least walking) almost (if not every) every day. We've done some challanging hikes, and I finally got back in the pool this morning and hope to finish the week doing that - the eating part could get trickier with my parents in town and then the exercise part too, may be affected by that and some road travel coming up, still - its a disappointing summer that my weight has stayed constant for almost 2 months inspite of trying sincerely to lose some.

I know I should think uplifting thoughts and try to come up with a strategy - but the only thing I can think is to keep doing my best and then get back into my aerobics once I'm back to my appartment up north and have my own space and time.

sigh... but it could be worse...
