Fantastic. Got a solid case in regards to fruit and berries. Had a fruit and berry meal yesterday, and notice pain in the joints today. Some inflammation may be ok occasionally, but not chronically. I set fruit and berries in this category. Ok as a meal occasionally, but certainly not a food to keep in the house.

Maybe wait a week and try it again - I would look for 3 repeats with the same result. Once could be from other factors.

They do have a lot of sugar.

You should look into the Blood Type Diet. Different blood types have very different reactions to certain foods.
