I returned Monday night from a five day trip to my old hometown for a family reunion. I was eating badly by the end of the first day...on the road, it's really tough to eat the way you should. I thought I would be able to work around it, but found it wasn't as easy as I thought. I did not weigh in this week, after the way I ate on this trip...but rather, went straight into phase one as soon as I got home. I really didn't have any problems yesterday though, so think I will resume phase two today. I will not weigh in until Monday...hopefully I will have reversed any damage done by then.

Well, I decided to weigh this morning (though I won't record an "official" weight until Monday), and was pleased to see that I have actually lost 1.5 lbs since last week, despite the bad eating habits during the long roadtrip. I'm right back in there, and losing. That's great news to me, not only because of the bad eating, but also because I had been stalled for more than a week before the trip.
