It's easy to injury youself even when your not working out. Yesterday, I was trying to put my future stepson in the car cause it was downing pouring pretty good and I stepped in a puddle. Somehow when I stepped in the puddle I twisted/sprain my ankle. I didn't feel it right away cause after i did it I sat down in the car. When I got up to walk to my home yea forget it. Now, I sit on my butt being mad at myself cause no I can't work out.
