That's right! Also, if you have a baby and a job plus other relationships and responsibilities, you might not be getting an optimal amount of sleep, which can be a factor. Mostly, you need a sustained calorie deficit (over time, on average), persistence, and patience. Congratulations on the baby!

Are you still breastfeeding? Most I know find it easier to try to lose after they stop breast feeding.

Never easy on a new baby mom, but it takes a while. Remember, you carried the baby for 9 months and it will take several more months to lose that baby weight. All women, who were pregnant, are going through the same thing after having a baby. Just stick to the calorie intake and you will get there. Just don’t be in a rush to lose it. Usually, we are suppose to gain only 30 or 40 pounds when we are pregnant. Usually, we lose that weight in the first month after the baby arrives. Anything extra in weight, it will take a lot longer to lose. Be patient and enjoy that new baby, while watching your diet.

You’re a HOTTIE. 206 is frickin gorgeous on you 😻 Listen, slow n steady wins the race. Lose too fast, lose your tee tahs, your BEAUTIFUL face, and any curve you want to have stick around. It’s definitely going to come off. You certainly don’t look postpartum, except perhaps that gorgeous glow.

Aww. Thanks everyone. I had the baby 4 months ago. I was 160 before I got preggers with her and when I had her I was 225. With my first child (6 years ago) I had only gained 20lbs...this time I gained 60!!! Yikes. Thanks for all of the support. Eventually I will be back down. I just am not comfortable or confident in the skin I'm in. Thank you all for the nice positive comments and feedback. :)
