I started phase 1 of South Beach about 3 weeks ago. I recently separated from my husband so it's been a little easier to stick with the program. I started at 330 lbs, and so far I am down to 309. But I still have at least 100 to go. This weekend was my birthday, so I overdid the carbs a little. But tomorrow I am starting phase 1 again and sticking to it for at least another 3 weeks. I am excited though because my pants are getting pretty baggy on me, so soon I'll be able to go down a size.
