Hello my Friendly FS supporters
Well I broke through my 170's to the 160's but it took some time, what do some of you do if you stall on your weight loss to jump start yourself...
Last time I was losing before I gained a considerable amount back 3 years ago I could lose like 2 to 3 lbs each weigh in...it seems now I struggle to get one lb. off... Oh and I am doing all the same exercise that I was doing before plus some... Your help is appreciated.
