This is TOO amazing!

I'm only on Day 2 of Lyn-Genet's Recitas "the Plan". It not only makes sense, but it is so incredible, because it's turning me into a body whisperer. My body talks to me and tells me which food to eat and not eat. After doing the 20 day plan, I will have my own diet plan formed!

I did the water drinking as suggested a week before starting the plan without changing my food menu -- and lost 5 lbs doing that! So I know the water consumption is important and I'm ritualistic about it now (I used to hate water -- but my body told me to change my attitude.)

I feel like the curious cat, who ventures cautiously into new investigations and feeling like I’m about to jump 10 feet high from another surprise that my body flings out at me.

What it boils down to is: food reacts to each individual's body chemistry. Each of us need to find what food is reactive (makes us fat) to our own bodies and what food is friendly (helps us to lose weight). That's it. That simple. It's awesome!! I'm 57 years old and have been on every diet imaginable. I did reach my goal weight twice in my life but today I'm 80 lbs overweight. I've finally found what will help me take it off!

And the best thing is I don't have to take a bunch of pills (other than the liver detox) or outrageously expensive foods. You can if you want (like the chia seeds) but you can substitute with sunflower seeds. You don't have to buy organic if you can't afford it -- the regular stuff works too. You just need to find what works with your body chemistry and what to keep away from.

Even my husband is doing this with me (not 100% because he loves his bad habits) but he's losing weight on it and that amazes him. He swore he would never do a vegan day in his life (which the first two days are). Yet he enjoyed the menu. He was surprised and is intrigued by this Plan. He's happy with his weight finally going down. He's 67 years old.

I recommend this scientific experiment (it's not really a diet) to everyone with any weight problems (or even with only health problems). It might be too pricey for your liking with the liver detox and recommended organic oranges but the rest of the food is basically good superfoods or plain everyday ingredients. The test days include what foods you want to try out (your choice) to see if your body reacts and makes your body gain weight. If it doesn't react, then you know it's a friendly food for you, the food that doesn't make you fat.

One person actually found mustard to be her worse reactive food! Mustard was making her fat all her life! Another found it was a rye cracker. We all need to find what foods is, and is not, reactive to our body chemistry, in order to lose the weight.
