Weight is holding steady. Not exactly what I want but at least it hasn't gone up. Lowered my RDI back to 1500 after doing some research yesterday. Will try this for a while to see if it will help. I think I will also bring my carbs up a notch as the next adjustment. Found the Dreamfields pasta at the local grocery store yesterday; made tuna casserole oh boy I can't wait for lunch!! ~Happy Friday
