This morning I set a new personal speed record on a segment of my bike ride. This surprised me a bit, as it's been a long time since last.

Suspect it could have relation to my increased dietary fat% over the last 2-3 days. Curious to see if more PRs will come up soon. If so, I can conclude with that fat is needed for a good workout.
