So VBS has been going wonderful and I hope I can lose 1 more lb. before Saturday when I go down to my family reunion. Can't run today it rained a lot and I don't want to fall in the grass but I did push mow earlier for 1 1/2 today so hopefully that helped. I can't wait to go down to see the family because I have currently lost 17 lbs since I was there in May. I know my Dad will say something nice and make me feel really good. I love my Daddy so much!!!! Not much else to say but I hope everyone has a great week. Also if you are my buddy I want you to realize I read everyone's journals every couple days even if I don't always comment. Later Alligator!

I can only imagine how many calories pushing the lawnmower is. This might sound crazy but I LOVE cutting the grass and all because I feel it is killing two birds with one stone. Good Luck on that pound - I am sure you will do it.
