well my weight has not changed in 3 weeks. I know I'm still loosening fat. went from a size 48 waist to a 44. could probably fit into a 42. the 44 is a little loose. need a belt to keep them from falling off. it's nice to be wearing clothes I haven't worn in 10 years. not to mention wearing normal shorts and pants instead of sweats and exercise shorts.
