boring night at work left me snacking like a fat girl.... 930 am and I'm already 800+ over my caloric intake for the day. Not proud of myself.... but that red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting was mighty tasty. new week starts on Monday, going to decrease my calories from 1900/day to 1700.... that way if I go over slightly, won't feel so bad.
