A while ago I bought a pound of ground wagyu beef from Sprouts. I don't remember it being really expensive, I just wanted to save it for after we moved. I made chopped steak patties last night with it. I have to say, it was definitely delicious and tender. Used up the rest of my bok choy and a tomato both from Imperfect Produce.

I was surprised to see it in the freezer section at Sprouts! from wiki: Wagyu (和牛, Wagyū, "Japanese beef") is any of the four Japanese breeds of beef cattle. In several areas of Japan, wagyu beef is shipped carrying area names
It's usually highly marbled, and extremely tender.
