I've decided to do the 1000 calorie fat fast for today and tomorrow. On Saturday, I'll still be fat fasting but at 1200 instead. I'm thinking that will be awesome after 5 days at 1000.
I'm doing better today. I'm not craving, I'm still not hungry and I'm still in dark purple ketosis. Oh and I weighed in at 177 this morning so I am seeing results.
I'm also moving into a PMS week ... and so are a few of my friends on here ... do you think our cycles are syncing up? ;)
But for a PMS week, the lack of chocolate cravings is pretty awesome.
Okay, I'm off to finish work.

That's good news about the cravings!! Way to go you for all of your strong will power sticking through the fat fast for 5 days then moving to 1200 cals! Glad to hear you are seeing results!
