I'm officially 50 years old. My favorite cake is angel food, so these topped dessert shells are perfect at only 126 kcal. I very much insulted today and can't believe I still stayed in target! :)

I turn 50 this year too! Happy Birthday. Do you know how many carbs would be in 1 serving because I have to count carbs and this is my fav also.
