Good. Never ride without a helmet or I will have to get tough! And, if you have another accident, God forbid, you will need to replace the helmet. Take good care of yourself. 💚

after my wreck i to started wearing a helmet...the day i had my wreck...i didnt wear my helmet..

Appreciate your kind comments. Much love. Tried doing dumbbells this morning, and got a loud protest from the head. Need to submit to take-it-easy for awhile longer. My bike rides started slow and easy. Over time the speed has doubled, and some protective gear seem right at this point.
