I’m back on FS. Thanks for the support. I did well for several months but started gaining back the weight I had previously lost so I decided that I probably need to keep a log of my intake for the most part.
I have been working out and have continued to ride every week, and whenever possible I go to the Dojo for class, so I’m a little more motivated to exercise than I was.
