Just got back home from the center. I only lost 6 ounces this week. I can't believe it( even though i had ice cream wednesday, i thought i'd be losing more). I'm disappointed!!!! Last week they changed my plan ( from red to purple) apparently my counselor thinks that's why i didn't lose that much since monday. She said my body needs to adjust itself to the new plan and by next week I should be ok. I hope she's right about it. Anyway tomorrow i'm gonna do take off, and I'll try the oranges this time. Will be back at the center thursday and see how my body is adjusting.
