Yeah I don’t believe this lol. Would be so nice though! This would be if I’m at 25% bf. 20% is 2100 kcal and 30% is 1900.

I’m holding steady, actually had a slight gain, with 1500/1800ish. Unless 3x a week weight lifting moderately heavy to really heavy weights (for me) for 40-45 minutes each time is considered light exercise rather than moderate. That takes it down a couple hundred. It cut it off but I’m 5’3” and 38 yrs old.
