I have been the same weigh for 3 months. I finally lost a lb last week but it came back. Don't give up, but change things up if you feel something else will help. Wishing you the best.

My friend keeps trying to tell me - "don't focus on the scale. Focus on how you feel and how your clothes fit". You're doing great! Keep going. :)

If it’s been a few weeks, make a change. That helps sometimes. Eat more for a couple of days or completely change diets! Could help. If nothing else it will break up the monotony

It sucks but hang tight and push on. I have found that a small change (extra low fat, extra high fiber, etc), will break the plateau. You can do it!

The bright side of a plateau is that it is not a gain... my plateau has lasted months... though the numbers on the isiot box are not down, they are NOT UP! My clothes are not baggier but they are also not tighter. Might be a small win, it might not be the win we want, but it is a win for sure. Keep strong! :)
