Ok, this weekend was fantastic for everything but food choices,lol. I saved all my flex points for Saturday but it didn't help as I have had no loss. I'm just going to have to try not eating my flex points I think. I walked for like 10 hours this weekend too at Sea World, Busch Gardens and City Walk. Oh well. Ate some amazing food. A lot not so bad but I did have dessert (key lime pie one night -my fav!) and drank a lot on Saturday night. A lot of that was shots though. How many calories/points in pure alcohol? Anyone? lol.

I get really get back on the wagon yet because today is my first wedding anniversary! I'm sorry but we are going to Bern's Steakhouse and I have never been and they have a whole separate room to eat dessert. Then we get to eat the top tier of our wedding cake. I'm having both, I don't feel bad. I haven;t had cake in so long and I'm a connoisseur, lol. Our wedding cake was so good. Chocolate chip cake and butter cream frosting with white chocolate sea shells. I'll post a pic cause you all have gotta see this thing!

I also made a chocolate chip cheesecake for my hubby (I owed him one for his birthday) but that I won't have trouble staying away from. I have been counting down for a year though to eat my top tier and I will enjoy every slice...I mean bite.. :D

I'm going to get my butt back into gear with my workout routine too this week. Have been slacking since I'd say the 5th week of my plateau. But I have faith in WW working but I gotta give 110% right?

Tonight my goals are to 1. get in some weights after work and some ab exercises, and 2. hydrate like crazy cause I don't think I drank enough H2O this weekend. I'll post pictures soon!!!

you go enjoy your cake... just be aware of it, and stop before its too much! don't want you to regret it later, but i would totally enjoy every bite just like you, if it were me! i can't wait to see pics!!!

Sounds like you had a good time. One thing about what we're all doing here is we can't let our weight rule our life-- if you want to enjoy your time out and that includes some good food, so be it! Just remember that it shouldn't be an all the time way of life. Enjoy your cake and especially your first anniversary. This is just the prelude to many more in the future!!

If you walked for 10 hours, you probably had sore muscles. That can make you gain or stay the same. It's temporary! It might not have been because you ate flex points. That's alot of exercise in one day. Make good choices, drink lot's of water and have lot's of fun!

Our top tier was SO NASTY after being in the freezer for a year! It was disappointing, I hope yours held up better!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! Aren't special days like 1st anniversary's suppose to be calorie free for the day? =) Hope your cake was tasty and you guys had a blast...sounds like you probably did! =)

what a beautiful cake! I hope you really enjoy it. I think some steak and cake is just what you need to post a big loss. ;) I think pure alcohol has a lot of calories, btw. But I think its in the food diary, check it out. happ anniversary!
