Whew!! I survived the long weekend without overdoing it, although I did have some wine, the Carbs re: food were very low so my willpower is working. My friends think I'm nuts but like I told them this is my Journey {SHUT UP}..LOL LOL. The weather was great and NO RAIN, Sometimes that can sure change here in the Pacific Northwest. Will be returning to sail again and make it another long weekend or longer whenever we get tired and want to go home..life is good!!
