My guess. It looks like Nori seeweed as the bottom layer is white albacore tuna baked and topped with a thin layer of guac and red pepper. sliced with a really sharp knife for those straight cuts. But I might need glasses !! LOL

Sorry to leave you all hanging for a bit lol! It’s Dave’s Killer Bread with a smashed avocado, red pepper flakes, sea salt, and some lemon juice. So good! Also, I bet it would be really good with Tuna added.
