Not bad. Dehydrated because if the heat and lack of cold water (didn’t want to drink my hot one so picked up a smoothie lol). Lots of walking compared to my normal day. Lots of food/calories. Kinda figured on about 122 so this is a pleasant surprise. It’ll go up again tomorrow as tonight is gym night.
