Okay, so no I didn't gain six kilos yesterday. It took a few months to do that.

This is day two of the Eades diet. That means low carb during day and one free meal to be eaten within one hour at night.

Has worked in the past.

I'm motivated because now I'm actually suffering some effects of this weight--stress on knees and spine. Can't afford that I know.

For past two days have gone to gym and done elliptical trainer for forty minutes. It's great--like running only low impact. Love it.

Day one was 2.5 miles on level 4 manual setting
Day two was 2 miles on level 5 manuel setting

Problems are that I get home and start cooking so late. Miss family time w. Hus in evenings?

Didn't get home til nine last night and eight thirty tonight.

Always spend a few minutes in sauna warming up.

We shall see how this goes.

May go on stricter low carb diet for a few weeks....
