Loving this new morning Tai Chi habit I adopted this week. Wake early feeling a bit stiff from stress during this week.

Start with drinking fresh water, then coffee. Come alive. Put on some oriental music, and start with the graceful Tai Chi stretch movements. Feels great. Good start on a brand new day.
