Hi there I have survived my knee injury and am training again, carefully, I also had a massive cold/flu and was really ill, I used this to quit smoking for the 4th and final time. I also stopped drinking as it was making my headaches worse and making me even more tired. something had to give, not smoking does make you gain weight, my metabolism changes. I started eating chocolate again too. which does not help.
now I'm ready to get into the diet again... wish me luck
