I've become obsessed with spinach lately, it's so tasty and so easy to cook. And then you can season it however you like: turmeric, garlic, black pepper and a little salt or just simple salt and pepper or literally leave it plain. It is so good no matter what. And it has so few calories for large quantities that you can literally make a satisfying meal that does not bankrupt your calories or the bank [cause it's cheap]!! And since I need extra iron in my diet it is great for that as well!!
